Do more exercise.
The weather is colder and colder. So so many people have cold. That's sounds to bad. So people should be health. So they should always do exercise to keep health because do more exercise can make people have good resistance. If you do more exercise, I think you can health because exercise is good for people.
Drink more water.
The weather is coloder. So people also feel cold. Then they should drink more water because water have so many mineral. So water is good for people's health. So we should drink more water. When you drink more water you can health because water is good for our health. The water is not delicious but is very good drinking. So we need drink more water.
Eat more good food.
The weather is coloer. So many people can easy have sick. So we should eat more good food. Like green food , fruit and vegetable because these food have so many nutrition. So these food can make people keep health. So we should eat more good food to keep health. The fruit is very good food in the world because it is very good for our health. The vegetable is same as fruit. So we should eat more fruit and vegetable.
