How to Protect Myself from Sickness

1. Wash my hands
When I come to the dorm, wash my hands because it will be remove dirty things and virus. So, virus or germs can’t go my body. In addition, I can eat food better than before. I can try kind of run, play soccer, jump and play volleyball because my healthy is good.
2. Do more exercise
I think exercise makes me healthy. If I have exercise every day, I won’t get illness. In addition, if I do more exercise than before, my health will be strong. So, virus and germs can’t join to my body. I am healthy, I can do many things. For example, I can study English harder than when I sick. Then I can play soccer very well because I can do quickly
3. sit away from sick people
I think sitting next to sick people is bad action because those sick people might spread bad germs to other healthy people. If I talk with sick people, I will sick quickly than other people because bad germs and virus will enter to my body. Then they will break to my body. It’s too terrible for people.
