1.Wear more clothes. We need to wear more clothes to get warm. If we do not wear enough clothes, we will easily get cold. Example, I did not wear enough clothes and went out to eat something last weekend, then when I back to the dorm, I felt very bad and had a fever, cough, and runnng nose. I think it is really important to wear enough clothes.









2.Do exercise. We need to do enough exercise like baseball, basketball, soccer, jog, and football because if we do exercise, we can be strong and healthy. If we are not strong and healthy, we are easily sick. I think if we do exercise everyday, maybe we can get a good health.









3. Eat enough food. We should eat enough food to get some energy. If we do not eat enough food, we do not have enough energy to do anything like writing, reading, and listening in the class. We can not live without eating enough food. I think we must eat enough food everyday.
